I don't just talk about our community's values — I've spent my entire career proving them.

My three campaign pillars aren't borrowed from a focus group. They're formed through the chapters of my life and what I've learned along the way, in every position I've held — both professionally and personally.
A Cop Who Kept the Peace
For me, serving as a police officer was a calling. My experiences helped me understand the tension between community trust and effective policing, and I firmly believe that safe neighborhoods are the foundation everything else is built on. I was honored to receive numerous commendations, including the American Heart Association Heroic Lifesaving Award, the Mothers Against Drunk Driving DUI Enforcement Award, Motor Vehicle Enforcement recognition, and a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Outstanding and Invaluable Service to the Community, but it's not why I did the work.
Protecting Our Schools & Budgets
As the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Business Official for the Conejo Valley Unified School District, my record has demonstrated a history of effective budget management in challenging times and the foresight to direct resources where they matter most: directly into classrooms, programs, and student success. Under my fiscal leadership, I've saved taxpayers millions.
The City We Love to Call Home
I came to the United States pursuing the American Dream. I found it here. I moved my family 3,000 miles specifically to Thousand Oaks for the quality of life and I will fight to keep Thousand Oaks clean, vibrant, and the kind of place where the next generation can build their story, too.

The American Dream is my story. From a young age, I was taught that ambition, drive, and hard work could take you anywhere, and I've lived by that each and every day.
I didn't come to this country to be handed anything. I came here to earn it, and along the way I built a life of community service focused on protecting what we value most.

As a former law enforcement officer, I know firsthand what it takes to keep a community safe: properly funded departments, officers who are supported and respected, and policies grounded in reality, not politics.
On City Council, I will fight to maintain Thousand Oaks' standing as one of the safest cities in California. That means ensuring TOPD has the resources it needs, pushing back against policies that undermine law enforcement, and building the trust between residents and first responders that every safe city depends on.

As the Deputy Superintendent for CVUSD, I promote sound fiscal management of tax dollars, a commitment to full transparency and the long-term thinking that protects Thousand Oaks for generations to come. And I will bring that fiscal leadership to council.

As a council member, I will be an unwavering defender of everything that makes Thousand Oaks special. I'll fight to make sure development does not threaten our character, that our parks and open spaces remain protected, and that decisions made keep us safe, while not compromising our quality of life. I will ensure city services are efficient, responsive, and worthy of the community they serve.

On July 18, 2023, the City of Thousand Oaks City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1715-NS, implementing a by-district election system of five City Councilmembers.
