My three campaign pillars aren't borrowed from a focus group. They're formed through the chapters of my life and what I've learned along the way, in every position I've held — both professionally and personally.
A Cop Who Kept the Peace
For me, serving as a police officer was a calling. My experiences helped me understand the tension between community trust and effective policing, and I firmly believe that safe neighborhoods are the foundation everything else is built on. I was honored to receive numerous commendations, including the American Heart Association Heroic Lifesaving Award, the Mothers Against Drunk Driving DUI Enforcement Award, Motor Vehicle Enforcement recognition, and a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Outstanding and Invaluable Service to the Community, but it's not why I did the work.
Protecting Our Schools & Budgets
As the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Business Official for the Conejo Valley Unified School District, my record demonstrates a history of effective budget management in challenging times and the foresight to direct resources where they matter most: into classrooms, programs, and student success. I believe that means not only investing in our students, but also supporting the teachers, staff, and support professionals who make their success possible every day.
I take a long-term approach to fiscal responsibility by looking beyond the current budget cycle to ensure we can sustain the programs, services, and investments our students and community depend on for years to come. Under my fiscal leadership, I've saved taxpayers millions while helping ensure our schools have the resources they need to provide an outstanding education today and into the future.

I came to the United States pursuing the American Dream. I found it here. I moved my family 3,000 miles specifically to Thousand Oaks for the quality of life and I will fight to keep Thousand Oaks clean, vibrant, and the kind of place where the next generation can build their story, too.

As a former police officer, I know people can't enjoy their neighborhoods unless they feel safe. I'll advocate for strong law-enforcement visibility and compassionate, accountable solutions to homelessness.

As Deputy Superintendent of CVUSD, I've built partnerships between the City, schools, employers, and public safety supporting safe routes to school and mentorships.
To strengthen partnerships that expand opportunity for young people and keep Thousand Oaks a premier place to raise a family.
Thriving Community & Economic Vitality
Local businesses need customers, reliable infrastructure, and a predictable path through permitting. City Hall should be a responsive partner.

Manage Growth Responsibly
State housing mandates are real, but how we respond is up to us. I'll push for early community engagement and developer accountability.

Our parks, trails, and open spaces are among Thousand Oaks' greatest assets. I'll support strong partnerships with the Conejo Recreation and Park District and the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency.

I came to America with nothing and not knowing any English. I began stocking grocery shelves, later served as a police officer, and today serve as Deputy Superintendent of CVUSD.

I didn't come to this country to be handed anything. I came here to earn it, and along the way I built a life of community service focused on protecting what we value most.

On City Council, I will fight to maintain Thousand Oaks' standing as one of the safest cities in California. That means ensuring TOPD has the resources it needs, pushing back against policies that undermine law enforcement, and building the trust between residents and first responders that every safe city depends on.
